Fulbright Lifetime Achievement Medals are awarded biennially to Fulbright alumni whose career, civic and educational accomplishments are judged to have expanded boundaries of human wisdom, empathy, and perception. Rita Hauser, Hauser Foundation president, John Mendelsohn, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center president and Hilda Ochoa-Brillembourg, president and CEO of Strategic Investment Group were honored with 2005 Fulbright Lifetime Achievement Medals on May 17, 2005, at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C.
